From the Floor
to the Founder

From the floor to management and General Manager roles, I spent more than 15 years building a career in hospitality. I witnessed firsthand the dedication, resilience, and heart that hospitality professionals bring to their work every day — but I also saw the financial challenges that too often come with the industry.

Too many talented people were working hard without access to the education, resources, and opportunities needed to build long-term stability and security.

Those experiences inspired me to create All Access Life & Legacy. My mission is to help hospitality professionals build a stronger financial foundation, protect what they've worked so hard to achieve, and create opportunities that extend beyond their next shift.

Jena Prevo spent more than 15 years working front-of-house, from server and bartender to manager and GM.

Billy Prevo brings 20 years of back-of-house experience and helped shape the vision behind FOHBOH Network, giving the platform a perspective from both sides of the restaurant.

FOHBOH started with a simple conversation between two hospitality professionals who had seen firsthand how difficult it was to cover shifts when life happened.

Combining front-of-house and back-of-house perspectives, we built the shift coverage network we wished existed throughout our careers.

Today, FOHBOH Network helps restaurants connect with experienced hospitality workers when they need support most.
